ButterKrust Redevelopment (San Antonio, TX)

A 107,000 square foot core and shell office building located in a historic part of downtown. This adaptive reuse building is designed for sustainable office spaces. LEED^TM for New Construction

City of San Antonio Public Safety Headquarters (San Antonio, TX): A 216,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility for the Police and Fire Departments, the Public Safety Headquarters will provide much needed administrative space for the two departments as well as provide a new public front to the community in downtown San Antonio. The project team includes Ford, Powell, Carson, Inc, Pfluger/Wiginton/Hooker, Madeline Anz Slay Architecture, Jaster Quintanilla, CNG Engineering, Slay Engineering Co, Jasmine Engineering, and CFZ Group.

Broadway Bank New Operations Building (San Antonio, TX): A 128,000 administrative office building will house Broadway Bank’s headquarters operations. SPG is providing consulting services and assisting the project team through the LEED certification process for design and construction.

City of San Antonio Fire Station Number 50 (San Antonio, TX): A 14,000 square foot fire station located in the Southside of San Antonio. The fire station design will have renewable energy technologies and utilize state-of-the-art energy and resource efficient products and technologies. SPG is providing consulting services for both the design and construction phases. The project team includes WestEast Design Group, Cleary Zimmerman Engineers, Unitech Consulting Engineers, and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.

City of San Antonio Fire Station Number 51 (San Antonio, TX): A 14,000 square foot fire station located in the Northside of San Antonio. The fire station design will have renewable energy technologies and utilize state-of-the-art energy and resource efficient products and technologies. SPG is providing consulting services for both the design and construction phases. The project team includes Chesney Morales & Associates, Cleary Zimmerman Engineers, Macina Bose Copeland & Associates, and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.

Fort Hood Renovation and Repair of Building 33003 Monroe Health Clinic– SPG is providing consulting services for the Design Build project team for the renovation and addition at the Monroe Health Clinic located at Fort Hood, Texas. The clinic offers general health care services to active duty personnel, such as sick calls, chiropractic health, physical therapy, laboratory and radiology services, and an on-site pharmacy. Fort Sam Houston Design-Build Addition/Alteration to Theater Building 2270 – SPG is providing consulting services for the renovation and addition of the historic Fort Sam Houston Theater. Fort Sam Houston Design-Build Renovate 600 Area Buildings – Long Barracks – SPG is providing consulting services for the renovation and addition of the historic Long Barracks. Vineyard Ranch Elementary School, North East ISD (San Antonio, TX): A new 125,000 square foot elementary school in the North East Independent School District. SPG is working with the designers and engineers to develop a safe, healthy and engaging educational facility. SPG is providing consulting services for the design and construction phases of the project. The design team includes Garza Bomberger & Associates, Silber & Associates, and Pape-Dawson Engineers. Substantial construction completion for the project will be in June, 2012.

Knights Cross Elementary School, North East ISD (San Antonio, TX): A new 126,000 square foot elementary school in the North East Independent School District. SPG is working with the designers and engineers to develop a safe, healthy and engaging educational facility. SPG is providing consulting services for the design and construction phases of the project. The design team for this project includes PBK, MS2 Consulting Engineers, and Pape-Dawson Engineers. Substantial construction completion for the project will be in June, 2012.

Full Goods Warehouse at Pearl Brewery (San Antonio, TX- LEED Gold: A 60,000 square foot mixed-use development. SPG is working with Contects Consultants & Architects providing LEED^TM consulting services for Silver Ventures for the design and construction phases of the Full Goods Building at Pearl Brewery near downtown San Antonio, in which construction shall be completed by 2009.

TRANE San Antonio District Office (San Antonio, TX) - LEED Silver: A 19,000 square foot warehouse and office finish out space. SPG is worked with Trane, Rehler Vaughn & Koone architects, DBR Engineering Consultants, and Metropolitan Contracting to implement sustainable practices in the air conditioning manufacturer’s new San Antonio district office. SPG is providing consulting services for the design and construction phases of the project.

Nature Conservancy in the Full Goods Warehouse at Pearl Brewery (San Antonio, TX) - LEED Certified: The 2,958 square foot office space is a commercial office finish out. SPG worked with Silver Ventures and the design team to help create a healthy and inviting workspace for the employees of Silver Ventures. SPG is providing consulting services for the design and construction phases of this project. Construction has been completed for this project.

Silver Ventures Tenant Finish Out in the Full Goods Warehouse at Pearl Brewery (San Antonio, TX) - LEED Certified: The 10,500 office space is a commercial office finish out. SPG in working with Silver Ventures and the design team to help create a healthy and inviting workspace for the employees of Silver Ventures. SPG is providing consulting services for the design and construction phases of this project. Construction has been completed for this project.

Building 171 Renovations at Port San Antonio (San Antonio, TX): Building 171 is a renovation of a 450,000 square foot commercial office building for Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence as the tenant. SPG is working with Dean Design Group and the design and inspection team to advise the Port Authority on the best method of collecting and organizing LEED documentation for the project.

HEB Store 45 (San Antonio, TX) – LEED Certified: A 173,000 square foot grocery store. SPG performed the construction documentation project management on behalf of Joeris General Contractors. This project was completed in December, 2008.

J.W. Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa – LEED Certified

A 1,002 room hotel and conference center with over 1,000,000 square feet, located in the Texas Hill Country. The resort will include a 140,000 square feet of meeting space and 26,000 square – foot spa, a water park, and a golf clubhouse with a 36-hole, PGA Tour golf course. SPG is providing consulting services and assisting the project team through the LEED certification process for the hotel, conference center, spa and golf clubhouse. University of Texas, San Antonio (San Antonio, TX) - contracted with Garza/Bomberger & Associates SPG performed a LEED Feasibility Analysis with a goal of LEED certification for LEED for New Construction, v3. Contact: David Torres, Garza/Bomberger and Associates, 210.349.7000

HEB Store 31 (San Antonio, TX) - LEED Certified: A 127,000 square foot grocery store. SPG performed the construction documentation project management on behalf of Joeris General Contractors. This project was completed in November, 2008.

Judson Montessori School (San Antonio, TX): SPG worked with the Judson Montessori analyze the feasibility of implementing LEED for Existing Buildings for the school’s current campus.

Trinity University, Lightner/Thomas Residential Halls (San Antonio, TX)

SPG has been working with Trinity on a remodel of two residence halls to utilize green materials and construction practices. SPG has also developed purchasing and maintenance policies for sustainable building operations. Contact: John Greene, Trinity University, 210.999.8452

Cole High School, Ft. Sam Houston ISD - LEED Silver: A 46,000 square foot major renovation and addition to Ft. Sam Houston’s high school. SPG analyzed and suggested materials and strategies to create a healthy learning environment. SPG is providing consulting services for the design and construction phases of the project. Substantial construction completion for the project has been completed in January, 2010.

Madison High School AgriScience Magnet Program, North East ISD (San Antonio, TX) - Pending LEED certification: A multi‐building agricultural school adjacent to the existing Madison High School campus in the North East Independent School District. SPG has analyzed the program and property and offered suggestions to create an environmentally friendly facility for students to learn about agriculture and life science. SPG is providing consulting services for both the design and construction phases.

Jim Martin Elementary School, Northside ISD (San Antonio, TX) - LEED Silver: A new 90,000 square foot elementary school in the Northside Independent School District. SPG is providing consulting services to Joeris General Contractors for the construction phase of the project. Substantial construction completion for the project will be in June, 2010
